I want and need more colored characters in the series other than Xehanort and his incarnationsħ. I don’t buy that Vanitas wants to be whole again with Ventus stuff because he was going to use Aqua as a backup to forge the X-blade in case Ventus ended up as a failure. We need more insight from Kairi’s perspective and how she feels about it.Ħ. For example, the letter Kairi written for Sora during her training sessions breaks with Lea was so touching and cute. Not only that, I am TIRED of Sokai being based off from Sora’s perspective and I wish we could see from Kairi’s perspective.
It’s so annoying that they have to use the same scenes of Kairi and Sora in KH1 for the credits over and over again. That’s what I want with Sora and Kairi, I want to see Kairi and Sora develop a friendship first then you can add the little romance (if it’s done properly). To be honest, I would be jealous of Soriku too because look at their friendship/ relationship and it took 7 installments to develop their friendship. We’ve never seen much interaction between them thanks to Kairi being thrown carelessly to the sidelines as always, the execution of their relationship is poorly written and the peak of their “relationship” happened during KHI and CoM then everything went to a rough direction in KHII. We are told by the games and some characters would simply say that Sora and Kairi like each other and how Kairi is special to Sora it is all telling yet there’s no showing between them. It’s mainly not about the shipping wars but it’s mainly the fact Sora and Kairi friendship are very bland and undeveloped along with their romantic “relationship”. As much this is going to hurt me but I don’t want to Sokai to happen in KH3. TAV (Terra, Aqua, and Ventus) is a forced friendship and very undevelopedĥ. I don’t want no romance in KH series to be canon, not even my favorite ships unless it’s handled right properly. After all, He’s a decent character designer to me.Ģ. He keeps adding in new characters into the series when Kairi or Vanitas or half of the organization needs proper development. In the game, they are brushed to the side with an exception of Riku, Xehanort, Lea, Sora, Roxas, and Xion. In the novels and manga, the characters have a lot of depth of characterization and I love it. Amano and Kanemaki SHOULD be the ones developing the characters since Nomura can’t do his job properly.
